Rayon - Rayon is a beautiful light cool fabric perfect for wearing on hot days in the tropics. It will last for years provided you take care of it. 

Many people mistake Rayon for very high quality poplin or cotton fabrics. The softness and durability of Rayon is why many designers are choosing to use this fabric. It also prints very well and has a lovely drape which favours long flowing styles! 

Depending on the weight of the fabric, a cold delicate wash with line dry is recommended. 

Some of the Rayon fabrics are very fine and light, they are best handwashed. 

Crinkle Rayon is a rayon that will shrink even in a cold wash. It will go back to size with warmth either by wearing or a warm iron!

Items in our SALE AND FACTORY SECONDS collection are final clearance items and are not returnable for refund or store credit FOR change of mind.

Colours can display differently between devices, if unsure ask us to send a photo of the fabric before ordering, we are more than happy to oblige.

You MUST contact us before sending an item back or we will return the item back to you.

All returns must be sent within 10 days of receipt.

All tags still attached and unworn. We don't accept returns for swimwear or personal body products.

Free Returns for Store Credit: Australia Only

• massagebyrenato will offer free standard return shipping if you are returning any FULL PRICED items for a store credit.
• We do not offer free returns for items that were purchased completely with store credit. This is because we have experience with some continuously return item after item and we end up spending so much money on return postage we have been losing money and can't afford to keep doing this. We hope that the purchases you make using your store credit are carefully checked by reading descriptions on the product. 
• Email us on [email protected] to request a Free Returns Label. You will need to have access to a printer to use it. This is only for items returned for STORE CREDIT. If you are requesting a refund read returns for refund below.

Returns for refund:

• We offer refunds on FULL PRICED items only.
• We do not offer Refunds on Sale items.
• We will refund you to your original form of payment. 
• Items purchased during any PROMOTION SALES qualify for STORE CREDIT only, this includes FREE SHIPPING promotions. (PLEASE NOTE FINAL CLEARANCE ITEMS in SALE AND FACTORY SECONDS COLLECTION CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR REFUND OR STORE CREDIT FOR CHANGE OF MIND)
• You will be required to cover all the postage costs. 
• Items must be returned in same condition as received and with tags attached.
• Refunds will incur a 5% refund processing fee which covers a portion of the non refundable bank fees and charges. Conditions apply.
• Refunds will only be credited to the original form of payment so if you paid for the item using store credit then you will be refunded back to store credit.
• Please print the email discussion you have with our admin in with returned item or a piece of paper with your name and order number.

Returns for Exchange

• We no longer hold items for exchange. This is due to customers asking us to hold things and then never picking them up. It is a big problem, sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
• If you see we have another item you would like to exchange your item with, then place your order on our website and we will refund you the amount for your original item when it is received by us!

Discounts and Promotional Gifts

• All promotional codes and gifts are non transferable, non refundable or exchangeable. If you purchase an item during a promotion and return it the discounted amount is not refunded to you, even for store credit. This includes change of sizes. This also includes physical items, if you return the item for refund you must return any promotional gifts included with the item. Please note this is different to a Gift card that is purchased by someone and given to you.
• If your promotional gift or discount was a $$ amount instead of a % and you return one item from a group of items then your refund for store credit ** will be calculated of a % of total sale. For Eg. If you received a €20 promotional gift amount, you purchased two items at €50 each or €100 total minus €20, so effectively paid €80, when you return one item for store credit you will only receive €40 back. 

** Some promotions do not allow for returns for store credit. Final clearance items are not available to be returned for change of mind ***

VIP Customers

• VIP Customers are considered anyone who makes 3 or more purchases from our website
• VIP customers will receive more Sale and promotional deals than people who just sign up as normal. If you do not want to receive the regular emails you can opt out at the bottom of the emails when you receive one.

Photo colours

We source some of our photography from the different suppliers. It is very difficult to portray the true colour of an item. Your phone, Ipad or computer screen could also make product colours appear differently to what they appear in real life! In this situation we cannot be held responsible for any perceived issues relating to this.

Please check through all the photos on the listing to gauge any variances and message us if you have any concerns. Sometimes we include separate photos if we think the original pictures aren’t taken in a true light!

The item will need to be tracked and send back via Air freight. If you are returning for Refund we will not refund the item until we have received it and all shipping charges are removed. Please NOTE we do not offer Free Returns on International orders.

International Shipping can be costly. To help reduce the burden we have subsidised shipping rate if you spend over a certain amount. This could lead to a saving of up to €20 Australian $$ depending on your purchase amount.

CUSTOMS CHARGES – The Customer is responsible for any Customs duties and taxes that may be incurred on items shipped to their country. Please check with your countries Tax office for more information. NOTE: In some countries these fees can add up to be quite a lot so please check. If the item is returned to SENDER due to non payment of these fees we will not refund the amount. Instead we will remove the shipping fees incurred and whats left over will be added as Store Credit.

Processing Time

• We process all returns within 2 working days of receiving your items! If you require your item urgently then please contact us to advise us. 

***Faulty Items

• Please email [email protected] if you believe your garment has a manufacturing fault as soon as practical.  We will treat this with the highest of priority.  We check over all our items before posting to you so it will be very rare that you will receive a fault. If your item has a fault we will replace it with the same item or will repair it for you if practical and return to you. If we no longer have the item in stock you will receive a refund! If you decide that you no longer want that style then it will be considered a change of mind purchase! 
• Faults do not include tears in fabric after use, tears in seams after use, shrinkage due to incorrect washing. Anything that could be caused by incorrect usage of the item or daily wear and tear. A fault is considered to be something that was caused at time of manufacturing. Items that have been worn and used for weeks or months are not considered to have faults in most circumstances. 

Free Shipping Deals

Any free shipping deals are always Standard shipping unless stated otherwise. The free shipping deals also only apply to orders over the value of €100 AUD. Free shipping deals only apply to orders made within Australia

Express

Express Shipping is not really what you would expect in the City. We pack and send our orders at the end of each day around 2.00pm. Any orders received after then won't be dealt with until following day! 

If you require urgent delivery please message us straight after the order or before order and we'll see what we can do to make the process faster for you! We really only want you to get the best experience and hope you understand our challenges with location xxxx 

International Postage

There could be periods of long delays with International Shipping due to various international hold ups at times, although that is improving as we move away from Covid related delays . We are unable to predict how long your orders will take at this stage but we rarely have complaints from customers these days due to unnecessarily lengthy periods. Items missing in the Post.

If your item goes missing in the post or is taking a long time to be delivered please contact us and we can lodge a case with Australia Post. Please note this process can take a while to complete depending on Australia Posts timelines and processes. No resolution will be made until Australia Post has finished their investigation.

If your item goes missing after delivery you will need to contact Australia Post to raise a case with them to determine if they are at fault. massagebyrenato will not be held responsible for any items that go missing after delivery. This investigation process can take a number of days. Please notify us that you have raised a case with Australia Post so we are aware. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a safe place for the delivery of your items and we cannot be expected to reimburse for theft at the place of delivery.

Larger items maybe shipped by a courier. These can take longer than Australia Post. Please contact us before ordering if you need it urgently.

The final postage cost for your order can be viewed during checkout and may change depending on additional items that you have added to your cart.

Delivery time

We are located in a lovely small Hippy Rainforest Village in Kuranda in Far North Queensland. Due to this the posty man might have had a big night and can't send our treasures away as quickly as we would like. We'll endeavour to wake him up as soon as we receive your order, this might require lots of drumming, dancing and sometimes he likes a smoke! 

 There is a big celebration when he sends the items off to you so don't stress the package will come to you with lots of peace love and hippy vibes! 

We understand that some of you are really excited and want your item yesterday but that isn't always possible as yesterday has already gone and we didn't know to send it then! 

If you have not received your items within 8 business days of making your order please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery.  In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.

Tracking your order

Once your order is packed and leaves our hippy community you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel with Australia Post.

Only €15 AUD Shipping if you spend over €150 AUD - This is with Standard Air which can take up to 14 days but usually is very quick!

Up to 500 g - €12.00

500g - 2kg - €20.00 

Delivery time

All New Zealand orders are sent via the Economy Air Postal service and should be received within 5-10 days* 

Shipping some bulky and heavy items may have to be calculated seperately! They may incur extra shipping charges!
